Live recording of sound bath with video and audio (Mp3) download, approx. 25 minutes. Note: The video is grainy and doesn't show much, as it is a floor-level view. This was recorded live with an Amazon Fire tablet...the audio was later cleaned up to remove hissing and noise.
Instruments used include Tibetan singing bowls, tongue drums, and a small decorative table gong.
(I recorded this a few years ago…literally with a tablet…the microphone is not great but picked up more than you’d think. Maybe I could have done more to try to spruce up the audio with some equalization but my intent in cleaning it up was just to remove distracting noise and sounds. Like literally someone in the audience coughed in the middle…that got taken out.)
